Howdy Pardners! We are ready to kick off our first Wine Club Release of 2023 –
So grab your hat and put your boots on for the wild ride that is coming this year!

We gambled with Lady Luck all those years ago and we are feeling like WINNERS as we celebrate our 25th anniversary as a Vineyard and Winery.
We can’t wait to share this golden moment with you – the amazing wine family you have helped us embrace!
This is just the first in a long line of events celebrating our appreciation for those of you who have been
there with us from the start (1998) and those who are just joining the fun.

For those of you joining of at our Flagship location in Prosser, we will have all of your wine ready for pickup.
Join us at our Prosser location for the February Wine Club Release “hoe down” event! Break out your boots, and buckles, and grab your hat to join in the Wild West fun!

We’re hosting our February Release Party for those who will be on the westside at our Audacity Seattle location (hosted by Seattle Convention Center) with a Western Casino Night.
We are encouraging all who are attending to wear their best boots, buckles, hats and other rodeo attire!
Space is limited and we will be requiring RSVPs to ensure we have a proper headcount for food. Please be sure to RSVP no later than February 22nd.
NOTE: Limit 2 per Club Member

Any changes made to a shipped package, such as rerouting your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.
To avoid these fees, please make sure you have your shipping information updated in your account or email any special request to us before February 9th.

General Questions
Members who have their wine shipped will be charged starting on February 13th.
Members who pick up in Prosser & Woodinville will be charged starting on February 20th.

Request for additional wine must be emailed or submitted before:
•February 9th for ship-to members

You can update your credit card information by logging into your account.
Shipping Questions
Ship-to Members: February 16th-23rd
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been picked up by UPS.
Option 1: Fill out your shipping address on the form above, and submit it to us by February 9th.
Option 2: Login to your membership portal, select the “Shipping Address” page on the left-hand side, and either add a new entry or edit the existing address. Please select the “Update your club membership(s) with this address” boxes at the bottom of the page to ensure the shipping address is connected to your allocation. Changes must be made by February 9th.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once UPS has picked up your package and scanned in the information.
You can visit UPS My Choice to track your package once it’s on route or request it to be held at a UPS facility for pickup.
Please contact us for re-routes or rescheduling delivery dates. Any changes made to a shipped package, such as re-routing your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.

Pick Up Questions
Members can pick up their wine beginning Thursday, February 23rd.
Please use the form located above to confirm which location you would like to pick up at.
We will be open exclusively to our Club Members Release Weekend of February 24th-26th. No reservations required.

Your wine will be available for pick up at your designated pick up location until Saturday, April 8th.
