Our Prosser Tasting Room location will be offering 60-minute guided, seated tasting sessions paired with small bites for our release only on May 20th.
Reservations for this experience MUST be made ahead of time using the link below.

We will be open exclusively to our Club Members May 19th-21st for Release weekend! 
Regular pickups will be available all weekend long and during this special release event.

Please select the 20th on the Calendar to see available timeslots for a guided, seated tasting session.

Maximum of 2 people per Club Membership.

General Questions

Members who have their wine shipped will be charged starting on May 8th.

Members who pick up in Prosser & Woodinville will be charged starting on May 15th.

Request for additional wine must be emailed or submitted before:
•May 3rd for ship-to members
•May 10th for pickup Members.

Shipping Questions

Ship-to Members: May 11th-18th

You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been picked up by UPS.

Option 1: Fill out your shipping address on the form above, and submit it to us by May 3rd.

Option 2: Login to your membership portal, select the “Shipping Address” page on the left-hand side, and either add a new entry or edit the existing address. Please select the “Update your club membership(s) with this address” boxes at the bottom of the page to ensure the shipping address is connected to your allocation. Changes must be made by May 3rd.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once UPS has picked up your package and scanned in the information.

You can visit UPS My Choice to track your package once it’s on route or request it to be held at a UPS facility for pickup.

Please contact us for re-routes or rescheduling delivery dates. Any changes made to a shipped package, such as re-routing your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.

To avoid these fees, please make sure you have your shipping information updated in your account or have emailed any special requests to us before May 3rd. 

Pick Up Questions

Members can pick up their wine beginning Thursday, May 18th.

Please use the form located above to confirm which location you would like to pick up at.

We will be open exclusively to our Club Members Release Weekend of May 19th-21st. No reservations required.

Your wine will be available for pick up at your designated pick up location until Sunday, July 16th.
