Release theme: “Winter Wonderland“
We hope you are having a wonderful beginning to the new year!
As we embark on 2024, we are thrilled to unveil the exciting theme for the year – Destination Washington!
Throughout the year, we’ll be celebrating the diverse offerings Washington State has to offer!
For February we decided to embrace the chill and focus on our Cascade Mountain range. The snowcapped mountains that provide an abundance of adventure for all of us to enjoy are the inspiration for our February Wine Club parties “Ski-Lodge Winter-White” release parties.
Kick off the ” Winter Wonderland” festivities, in your most frosty, sparkly, festive winter attire!
Enjoy the newest Wine Club wines along with small bites as we drink and dance the night away in our Winter Wonderland.
And hey, you never know, it might even snow that evening.
We can’t wait to see you there!

Space is limited and we will be requiring RSVPs to ensure we have a proper headcount for food.

Any changes made to a shipped package, such as rerouting your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.
To avoid these fees, please make sure you have your shipping information updated in your account or email any special request to us before February 5th.

General Questions
Members who have their wine shipped will be charged starting on February 8th.

Request for additional wine must be emailed or submitted before:
•February 5th for ship-to members
•February 8th for pickup Members.
You can update your credit card information by logging into your account.
Shipping Questions
Ship-to Members: February 12th-16th
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been picked up by UPS.
Option 1: Fill out your shipping address on the form above, and submit it to us by February 5th.
Option 2: Login to your membership portal, select the “Shipping Address” page on the left-hand side, and either add a new entry or edit the existing address. Please select the “Update your club membership(s) with this address” boxes at the bottom of the page to ensure the shipping address is connected to your allocation. Changes must be made by February 5th.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once UPS has picked up your package and scanned in the information.
You can visit UPS My Choice to track your package once it’s on route or request it to be held at a UPS facility for pickup.
Please contact us for re-routes or rescheduling delivery dates. Any changes made to a shipped package, such as re-routing your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.

Pick Up Questions
Members can pick up their wine beginning Thursday, February 15th.
Please use the form located above to confirm which location you would like to pick up at.
We will be open exclusively to our Club Members Release Weekend of February 16th-18th. No reservations required.

Your wine will be available for pick up at your designated pick up location until Sunday, April 7th.
