Hello Sunshine!
In anticipation of the warmer weather ahead and in keeping with our “Destination Washington” Wine Club Theme 2024– this spring’s Wine Club Release is focused on the incredible coastline with our “Coastal Breezes” beach party vibe!

“Coastal Breeze Beach Party” themed event!
Enjoy the newly released Wine Club Wines and a delicious wood-fired pizza from locally owned Cascade Crust Pizza Truck. Each 90-minute reservation includes samples of the new wines and one pizza per couple.
Nautical/Beach Vibe attire is recommended but not required. (sunglasses, flip flops, sun hats)

Woodin Creek Tasting Room will be hosting an open house release party where you can try all of the new wines paired with a small picnic bite.

Space is limited and we will be requiring RSVPs to ensure we have a proper headcount for food.

Any changes made to a shipped package, such as rerouting your allocation, rescheduling delivery or other changes made through UPS at your request, will be subject to a fee; the amount of which is dependent on what UPS charges to make that change.
To avoid these fees, please make sure you have your shipping information updated in your account or email any special request to us before May 8th.
Members who have their wine shipped will be charged starting on May 9th.
Members who pick up in Prosser & Woodinville will be charged starting on May 28th.

Request for additional wine must be emailed or submitted before:

Ship-to Members: May 15th-17th
You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once it has been picked up by UPS.
Option 1: Fill out your shipping address on the form above, and submit it to us by May 8th.
Option 2: Login to your membership portal, select the “Shipping Address” page on the left-hand side, and either add a new entry or edit the existing address. Please select the “Update your club membership(s) with this address” boxes at the bottom of the page to ensure the shipping address is connected to your allocation. Changes must be made by May 8th.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once UPS has picked up your package and scanned in the information.
You can visit UPS My Choice to track your package once it’s on route or request it to be held at a UPS facility for pickup.
Please contact us for re-routes or rescheduling delivery dates. Members can pick up their wine beginning Thursday, May 30th.

We will be open exclusively to our Club Members Release Weekend of June 1st. No reservations required.
