A plummy Alderdale Cabernet has 11 percent Merlot grapes and one percent Syrah, giving it a fuller body than I’d expect and the only thing stopping me from buying several bottles of the 2023 Pinky Swear rosé, with 94 percent Merlot, is my overstuffed suitcase.
