Wine Club VIP Program

Alexandria Nicole Cellars strives to think of new and creative ways to work with other small businesses! Our VIP program is just one of the ways that we can share your business with our cherished Wine Club Members.

By becoming a 2025 VIP business partner with Alexandria Nicole Cellars we will share businesses we enjoy (yours) with our beloved Wine Club Members. In doing so it enhances the experience for our Wine Club Members while at the same time driving traffic to your business!  

HOW IT WORKS:
Each VIP Partner creates a promotional that allows Alexandria Nicole Cellars Wine Club Members to receive a unique discount of 10% or more off a specific item or items. Once you have determined your VIP promotional, we ask that you send us an email with it written out along with the business’s primary contact (in case we have questions or need additional information). We then ask that you create a skew that you will use to track the success of your participation. The rest is up to us! 

The promotion that you create will last for a minimum of 12 months and renew automatically in 6-month intervals until we are notified via email that you would like to end your partnership. As a VIP partner you also have access to increasing your “standard” VIP promo (minimum of 2-month intervals) to encourage guests during slower seasons.  To increase your promotion, please send an email to  at least 30 days prior to when you would like the increase to take effect promotion (ex: if you would like to increase the discount or add a special perk for a winter promotional all you would need to do is to let us know 30 days prior to when you would like it to become active, and then clearly state the increase and the 2 (or more) months you would like your promotional increase to be valid). That will allow us time to make the necessary updates and properly promote your increase via marketing material, social media and most importantly online.  

We find that the businesses experience the highest benefit from being an Alexandria Nicole Cellars-VIP Partner when they: 

1. Educate their team on the program and how your business is participating.  
2. Have their VIP promotional info printed off for their team. That keeps the partnership top of mind, so that it is understood by all (especially helpful for new employees). The knowledge of the ANCVIP Partnership allows your team easily apply the discount, removing any potential embarrassing moments for both of them.  
3. Reach out to us once or twice a year to discuss how the partnership is working. 

HOW WE HELP:
We can customize marketing material for you to have on the counter, in your new hire packet, behind the bar (for your team), and online. The online piece also increases your online presence, thus increasing your business’s ranking for all online customers as an additional benefit.
